Beth Sydow- Peterson
Beth has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate as a leasing professional, focusing on Landlord representation of first class office buildings.
Prior to joining Bantry Holdings LLC, Beth was a Leasing Manger for Brookfield Properties (formerly Trizec Properties). During her 9 years at Brookfield/Trizec, Beth managed the leasing for a portfolio of Class A office buildings ranging from the Marina del Rey and LAX market area, south to downtown Long Beach. Some of her properties included the Marina Towers in Marina del Rey, Herbalife building in LAX area, and Shoreline Square and Landmark Square, both in downtown Long Beach.
Prior to working with Brookfield/Trizec Properties, Beth was a Portfolio Leasing Manger for Arden Realty. Beth handled the leasing for a portfolio consisting of approximately 3 million square feet. The buildings areas ranged from West Los Angeles south to Laguna Nigel, and west to Whittier.
Beth started her career in commercial real estate as a broker working for The Seeley Company (now Colliers) representing both tenants and Landlord’s in leasing transactions.
Beth also started her own property management company in 1990, managing multi-family buildings throughout the South Bay. She eventually sold that company, but continues to manage her own portfolio of properties.
Beth graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a business emphasis. |
